Regimental 'Sweetheart' Brooch

A Sweetheart Brooch was traditionally given by a soldier to his sweetheart as a keepsake and token of affection when he went to serve with the Regiment. It was also - and still is - worn by members and ex-members of the Regiment as a lapel badge. Made from non-tarnishing plated white metal.
